Before sending our resumes to the client, a recruiter interviews Adam Personnel candidates at least once and more information is given about the opportunity at that time.
How can I be sure that recruiters have all pertinent information about me when I apply to a position?
In order for recruiters to see all of your work history and activities, it is imperative that candidates fill out all information requested in the registration process. Recruiters do not screen by resumes, but by profiles, which requires that all necessary information be presented in a candidate’s profile.
Why doesn’t Adam Personnel give the client’s names in the job description?
Adam Personnel is paid by our clients to screen and deliver resumes to them that are within the specific parameters of their particular search. They do not want their names to be given out and candidates to contact them directly, swamping them with resumes that are not already screened.
