Nicole Sayago is the Talent Acquisition Manager at Adam Personnel, Inc. Nicole is a Clinical Social Worker by trade who graduated from the University of Central Florida in 2014 with extensive experiences in the non-profit industry, healthcare industry and international women’s rights field.
Having just joined the business of recruiting in June 2015, her Talent Acquisition efforts increase the impact of recruitment efforts for multiple well-known clients in industries such as Accounting, Digital, Financial, Legal, Marketing, Media, Non-Profit, and more, on a temp, temp to hire and direct-hire basis. Nicole’s passion for recruiting stems from her altruistic pursuit to assist candidates in finding an ideal employment match while contemporaneously fulfilling the client’s needs by sourcing quality candidates that will contribute to their organizations mission and vision.
Nicole loves getting to know candidates and developing strong professional connections. As well, Nicole enjoys spending time with her friends and family, exploring her new home town of NYC, traveling abroad, and consulting on projects relating to international social work and human rights.

Glory Oyarvide is the Business Development Manager for Adam Personnel Inc. Since rejoining the Adam team in 2015, she has taken a primary focus on the clientele growth of the company. Glory takes the time to understand and assess the potential clients’ needs, which translates to the right candidate, based on their requirements, cultural and vision. Glory targets firms within the Real Estate, Financial Services, Insurance, Not-for-Profit and Legal Industries.
Glory’s drive to build awareness about Adam Personnel’s unique capabilities among prospective clients is key for her to develop and maintain strong relationships with current and past clients.
Having a degree in Psychology, Glory is passionate about finding the right job match for her clients and candidates. She is an outgoing and result oriented individual who specializes in effectively promoting new business development.
Glory loves spending quality time with her son Josiah. She enjoys traveling with him, exposing him to new places and teaching him new experiences along the way.
Talent Acquisition Specialist
Genesis began her career with Adam Personnel as a seasonal employee assigned to various Adam Personnel clients. After receiving her Bachelors and MBA degrees in Finance and Management from Manhattan College, she joined the Adam Personnel team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist.
Genesis has had significant experience in the, staffing, legal and education sectors. She worked with an Immigration Law Firm where her responsibilities included Spanish/English translation, financial transactions and document management. Genesis also worked with Manhattan College in the Specialized Resource Center, the Advanced Placement Office and the Orientation Office. Client relations and outreach is no stranger to Genesis. In each of her roles she was tasked with deadlines, strategic development and logistics.
Genesis’ passion is meeting new people and finding the right person for the right position. In addition to meeting new people, Genesis also enjoys spending time with family and friends and traveling.
